Shipping & Returns
All of our standard shipments are sent via USPS (US Postal Sevice), unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping options are also available to you, either at checkout (online) or upon request (by phone or fax). Please note, expedited shipping options refer to the actual shipping time, not the order processing time. Orders shipping within the US are usually processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase. Bulk or production orders have longer lead times depending on the items ordered and/or availability. On occasion all orders are subject to have longer than usual lead times depending on availability of items; however customer will be notified in these rare situations. Also, we reserve the right to require credit card purchases over a certain amount to be shipped to the billing address.
We are located in New York, United States. Some orders shipped to the West Coast or outside of the United States, may not arrive as quickly as orders shipped to destinations which are closer. Occasionally delays may be associated with the carrier due to weather or other unforeseen events. International orders pass through customs, which may also add additional delays.
Any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers choosing to waive required signatures for any carriers or express deliveries assume all responsibility for their orders once they leave our facilities.
Free Shipping Promotions (When Applicable)
In order to qualify for free shipping promotions, orders have to be delivered to a single address within the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, any other U.S. Territories and international countries are not included in the promotion. Free shipping promotions are only valid with online orders, and BeadKraft will choose the best shipping method for your purchase. No additional discounts or promotions can be applied to your order, and only one use is allowed per customer. These promotions do not apply to special or bulk orders, dating terms, or backorders.
RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS
At BeadKraft we are respectful and understanding of all situations regarding order returns. Our goal is for customers to always be happy with their purchases. It is always best to inspect your order when it arrives, and contact MakerKraft (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss any returns, shortages, or damages. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returns are accepted for exchange, damaged/defective or receipt of wrong merchandise only, and credit will be provided. Sorry, we do not provide refunds for returned merchandise. Any return shipments without proper authorization and a copy of the sales invoice does not constitute the right to a legitimate return.
We can only accept returned products in their original condition and packaging. A product that is returned in a way that cannot be resold may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note, general stringing materials (such as wire, chain, threads, cords, elastic, etc.) or opened packages are not accepted for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping of return or exchange items, except for defective or wrong merchandise.
Customers may refuse damaged boxes or sign for them as damaged, pending further inspection. When signing for a damaged box please indicate on the bill of lading with the carrier that the box was received damaged. Any refused shipment sent back to us does not automatically constitute the right to a refund or credit. These shipments will respectfully be assessed on a case by case basis.
